2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all customers purchasing or initiating checkout via the website, regardless of country of residence. We ship primarily within the European Union.

3. Products & Presentation

We sell activewear, clothing, and accessories (including but not limited to caps and bags).

All product descriptions, images, videos, and other content are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between the displayed product and the delivered product do not constitute a defect.

4. AI-generated content & visual disclamer 

Some content on this website, including product images, visuals, descriptions, and marketing materials, may be partially or fully generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI).

As a result, customers explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Images are illustrative, not exact representations

• Details such as stitching, seams, construction, patterns, proportions, or finishing may differ
  (e.g. multiple seams shown in images vs. fewer seams on the delivered product)

• Colors may vary due to lighting conditions, screen settings, photography limitations, or AI generation

Such differences are considered normal and acceptable variations and do NOT qualify as defects, non-conformity, or grounds for complaints, refunds, or returns.

By placing an order, the customer waives any claim based solely on visual or AI-generated differences.

5. Prices, VAT & Payments

All prices are displayed in CZK.

VAT / Tax Information

INTERSTAT d.o.o. is not registered for VAT under Slovenian law (nezavezanec za DDV).
Accordingly:

• VAT is not charged

• Prices shown are final

• No VAT can be reclaimed

Payment methods available at checkout must be used. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped from Slovenia via GLS

• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days to slovenia, 2-3 to Czeck and 3-5 to other EU countries – check delievry updates under products.
  (this is an estimate only and not guaranteed)

• Customers receive email and SMS notifications directly from GLS

Delivery Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Weather conditions

• Customs procedures

• Incorrect customer information

• Force majeure events

Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to a refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery, including change-of-mind returns.

8. STRICT RETURN & REFUND PROCEDURE (MANDATORY)

To request a return or refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

1. The customer must contact us by email within 14 days of delivery

2. The customer must provide clear photos showing the product condition or issue

3. The customer must wait for written confirmation and approval from us before sending the item

IMPORTANT RULES

• Returns sent without prior written approval will NOT be accepted

• Unauthorized returns will not be refunded

• Items sent without approval may be lost

• If the customer requests the item back, they must pay shipping again

• We do not process any refunds without pre-approval

By ordering, the customer agrees to this procedure.

9. Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued only after approval and inspection

• Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer

• Refunds are made to the original payment method

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law

10. Abuse of Returns & Order Refusal

If a customer repeatedly orders and requests refunds, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse future orders

• Cancel orders

• Block the customer account

This decision is at our sole discretion.

11. No Age Restriction

There is no minimum age requirement to place an order on this website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Minor product variations

• Visual differences

• Delivery delays

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Slovenian law and applicable EU legislation.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
